👋🏻 INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the purchase agreement concluded between us (hereinafter referred to as "we") and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "buyer") through our online store. By ordering the goods at brunhilda.eu you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

📃 PURCHASE CONTRACT

An order is a draft purchase contract that arises at the time of your receipt of the purchased design. The Buyer agrees to use the means of distance communication when concluding the Purchase Agreement. Please note that we are not obliged to enter into a purchase agreement, especially with persons who have previously materially breached their obligations to us. Prices are in EUR and are final. We are not VAT payers.

💶 PAYMENT

Goods can be paid by PayPal, Apply Pay (Stripe) and bank transfer. PayPal and Apple Pay payments are made through the payment gate directly in the store. If you would like to pay by a bank transfer, email to shop.brunhilda@gmail.com so we can send you an invoice.

📦 SHIPPING

We ship standard goods within three days of your order, respectively after the payment. Shipping and handling costs are:

🙈 COMPLAINT

To claim goods, write to shop.brunhilda@gmail.com. Please add "complaints" to the subject. The warranty period is 24 months. The warranty does not cover used goods. The buyer is obliged to file a complaint immediately after the defect. The cost of sending the claimed goods to us is borne by the customer. In the case of a positive settlement of the complaint, the customer is sent repaired or replaced goods at our expense. The maximum period for settling a claim is 30 days. If it is not possible to deliver new goods, we will send you a refund for the goods within 14 days.

👍🏻 EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

If you don't like the product you purchased, it's no problem to return it – within 14 days. Send the goods to Alena Brunhilda Burneleit, An der Schule 4a, 24229 Schwedeneck, Germany. After receiving the returned goods, we will send back the corresponding amount by bank transfer within 14 days from the date of our receipt of the returned goods. Return the goods in a new, complete, undamaged, without any signs of wear, preferably in the original packaging.

By purchasing, you agree to be informed about new products and discounts by email. If you do not want to receive any emails, simply unsubscribe directly in the newsletter. We are not obliged to send discounts to all customers.

🔒 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We store customer information in accordance with German law. By purchasing, you consent to the processing and collection of your personal data in our database. We store the information for the purpose of realizing the rights and obligations of the purchase contract, for the purpose of maintaining a user account and for sending information and business communications to the buyer. We do not share this personal information with any other person.
